Discover music - experience music! Under this motto, the association founded on the 9th of March 2000 under the patronage of Mrs. Elke Dauphin wants to make it easier for young people to access and start playing music. In addition to early musical education, the association also offers young people and adults the opportunity to learn an instrument or to deepen already-existing knowledge.
Friends of the Reutersbrunnenstraße KJH Children's Home And Youth Centre (former orphanage), Registered Association
With its accommodation facilities for children and young people and the emergency admission service for young people, the KJH is today one of the most important youth welfare establishments in the city of Nuremberg. The KJH is the oldest established hospital and orphanage in Germany.
As its patrons, it is of great concern to Dauphin that a positive, child-friendly living environment be created for young people from problematic circumstances, without them suffering disadvantages.
